🌳 A citizen-centric campaign for Nashik Kumbh 2027

Plant. Adopt. Track. Protect.

Kumbh Green Challenge is a mass citizen movement where every citizen, institution, business, school, college, startup, industry body, housing society, pilgrim group and devotee is invited to plant and adopt trees as a living contribution to Nashik Kumbh 2027.

Not just plantation. Not just photo-op. But plant, adopt, track and protect.

One Devotee. 11 Trees. One Living Legacy.

A bridge between devotion, environment, civic participation and long-term urban resilience.

Vision

To make Nashik Kumbh 2027 one of the world’s largest citizen-led green movements.

By creating a long-term environmental legacy through tree plantation, adoption and community stewardship, the campaign can convert the collective energy of Kumbh into a permanent green legacy for Nashik and surrounding regions.

Key Objectives

  • Encourage citizens to plant and adopt trees before, during and after Kumbh 2027.
  • Create a green legacy for Nashik through long-term community participation.
  • Involve schools, colleges, NGOs, societies, industries and startups in measurable green action.
  • Promote native and climate-suitable species for better survival.
  • Use technology to track adoption, survival and maintenance.
  • Position Nashik Kumbh as a model for sustainable mega-events.
Campaign Structure

Simple for citizens. Measurable for authorities. Meaningful for Nashik.

The campaign moves from plantation to adoption, from adoption to tracking, and from tracking to long-term protection.

We will not only count trees planted. We will track trees protected.
